Worship Arts

At Fairfield Baptist Church we believe music is a powerful tool that can be used to share the "good news" of Jesus in a creative and exciting way. The Worship Arts Ministry here at FBC is an exciting experience. We worship Christ through the use of vocal and instrumental music. We celebrate Him; we sound His praises. Vocal and instrumental groups work together to enhance the weekly encounters with God.

An exciting season of Praise Choir meets on 1st, 3rd & 5th Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.

   7:00 pm Praise Choir (September thru May)
   8:00 pm Praise Band

Our Tech Team is a very important part of our ministry.

Praise Band - The FBC Band provides the instrumental portion of the music enjoyed at services, special events and programs. This is an auditioned group of musicians committed to glorifying our Lord through song. We are always looking for "players".

Praise Choir - (Adults and Students 14 & up) Participants provide vocal music during the Worship Service and at selected events. No audition necessary.

Praise Team - Provides an opportunity for those with vocal talents to use their gift in worship. This is an auditioned group that provides solo and ensemble singing in all of FBC worship services and special events. These vocalists are pulled from the Praise Choir.

Tech Team - This ministry provides lights, sound and technical support for musical performances, worship services and other church related meetings and activities. Volunteers set up and operate sound, video, lights and other equipment for most events. Volunteers can also assist in preparing and operating powerpoint presentations of slides and music during the worship services.
