During the teenage years, the brain changes in important and sometimes challenging ways. If you are looking to understand more and connect better throughout the teenage years, join us for Brainstorm!
Brainstorm is a group for adolescents and their caregivers based on Dan Siegel’s Brainstorm: The Power and Purpose of the Teenage Brain. Through changes and challenges, together we will discuss how such a vital period of development can become more fulfilling and less lonely for teens and those who love them.
