Counselor

We don’t have to let shame, trauma, stress and grief be the main character in our stories any longer. Whether a few sessions or several months or longer, therapy should be designed to be what YOU need it to be. I strive to create a collaborative relationship with my clients, because, at the end of the day, no amount of degrees and certifications and trainings can trump the fact that YOU are the expert on YOU!

Since 2006, I have worked directly with clients experiencing crisis, trauma, addiction, and other mental health struggles in a variety of social work, criminal justice, and mental health settings. My experience has led me to have a wide range of specialties. I currently enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples.

Ann Voskamp once said, "Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces.” I would be honored to hold your story in a safe, caring space, and help you create new, joyful chapters in your life.
