Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.
1 Corinthians 16:13
We envision a tribe of men empowered by the Word of God to pursue holiness, cultivate authentic relationships, and live out their faith boldly in every sphere of life. Through intentional discipleship, service, and fellowship, we aim to equip men to be unwavering in their commitment to Christ, selflessly loving their families, and impacting the world for God’s glory.
What does Men's Ministry look like at Fairfield Baptist?
At Fairfield Baptist, our Men's Ministry is about more than just events—it's about building strong, Christ-centered relationships. Whether it's through small groups, Bible studies, service projects, or community gatherings, we are committed to equipping men to grow in faith, lead their families well, and serve others. Join us as we challenge and encourage one another to walk boldly in our faith and impact the world for Christ.
Come be part of a tribe of men committed to growing, leading, and making an impact!

Men's Discipleship Groups
Join us every Wednesday night for Men’s Discipleship, where men gather in small discipleship groups to grow together in Christ and pursue biblical masculinity. We’ll explore what Scripture teaches about becoming men who lead with courage, serve with humility, and use their God-given strength to bless and protect women and children. Our goal is simple: to become faithful men who leverage everything God has given us for the good of others and the glory of God.

Upcoming Event
Don’t miss this chance to connect, compete, and grow alongside other men. Invite a friend and let’s make it a night to remember!

Meet your Discipleship Pastor
Seth Harris has been in pastoral ministry for over 13 years. He and his wife Michelle have been married for over 11 years and they have four children.
Seth studied at Dallas Theological Seminary and Southern Theological seminary. He has a huge heart for expositional preaching and growing the church in Biblical literacy. He also has a deep desire to see men grow in biblical masculinity so that they might gladly take up responsibility to glorify God and bless women and children.
When Seth is not engaged in ministry or being a family man he spends his time practicing Jui Jitsu, reading, training his labradors to hunt, shooting guns, and messing around in his wood shop.
