Lynnette Elmore has a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is working towards her licensure for the state of Texas. She is a 2018 graduate of Argosy University with a BA in Psychology concentrating in Child and Adolescent studies. While acquiring her undergraduate degree she also obtained a certification in Mental Health Crisis Intervention. She proudly served the United States Armed Forces for 25 years. As a service member she knew serving others was important as she obtained an Associate degree in Counseling and Applied Psychology from Coastline Community College in 2012. She completed her internship at Apollos center for healing and growth acquired two certifications to enhance her knowledge in play therapy and sandtray therapy. She has an undeniable love for Christ and enjoys spending time reading his word and standing on all the promises he has. One of her favorite scriptures is John 15:16 (AMP) “You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have appointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you.”  She believes that God has chosen her to be a part of his plan to help others be healed and live a healthy and blessed life. The combination of her experiences serving in the military, academic training, servanthood in ministry and compassion for others lead her to a second career helping others as they experience life.

Fun Stuff

In her spare time Lynnette enjoys traveling, shopping, dining at a new restaurant or traveling to a beautiful beach with family and friends.  One of her favorite quotes comes from Jackie Robinson, “A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives”.  Her goal is to impact every life that she can in a positive way so that they may be healthy and healed.
